Jon Ashall
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Jon Ashall holds the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. Jon is primarily focused on the identification and development of new corporate and product opportunities.

Jon joined Willis in 2005 as a Senior Vice President and Canadian Practice Leader for the Executive Risks Practice Group. In this capacity, he provided counsel to clients in the strategic placement of management liability programs. Jon has successfully placed innovative and cost effective Executive Risks programs for a number of Canada’s largest corporations.

Prior to joining Willis, Jon was with Aon Reed Stenhouse in Toronto where he served as Vice President and the Ontario Regional Practice Leader for Executive Risks product lines. Before joining Aon in 1999, Jon worked as an underwriter with American Home Assurance Company where he was responsible for underwriting the Executive Risk coverages on a portfolio of Canadian “Financial Post 100” accounts.

Jon is a graduate of McGill University, with a joint honours degree in Economics and Finance.
